Ryan Palmberg - Owner/Coach
As the founder of Conquer Fitness LLC I have been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 17 years and certified through ISSA.
I started Conquer Fitness with the vision to become the most sensible fitness and lifestyle solution for adults in their 30s, 40s, 50s and beyond needing to lose body fat, gain strength, and to take back charge of their lives.
I have worked out since the age of 16. Back then I did it solely for the purpose of gaining as much muscle and becoming as strong as I possibly could leading me to 9 years of competitive bodybuilding.
Fast forward to today, it is my therapy. It allows me to do anything I want to without any physical or mental limitations.
I’m a trainer today because I’ve seen the struggle so many adults live through everyday. Ive seen too many people with preconceived limitations of themselves, low energy/brain fog/confidence, poor daily habits, and a broken spirit and acceptance of a life that was created for them by a system of convenience and marketing designed to imprison them into a self sustaining healthcare system that ends with everyone living their final years in a nursing home with all their assets absorbed by the state.
I’m a Personal Trainer today to help save peoples lives!
- Wanting an outcome is not enough, we have to be willing to work for it! .

Summer Palmberg - General Manager
I began personal training when we opened Conquer Fitness. Although I haven’t been a personal trainer for long, coaching and helping others have always been a big passion. This dedication to helping others and guiding individuals on their journeys is what led me to a career in the medical field as an occupational therapist. My experience in occupational therapy has given me a deep understanding of how to support people in achieving their personal goals, whether in rehabilitation or fitness.
I became a personal trainer because, in my work as an occupational therapist, I often see people facing health issues that could have been prevented or risk reduced with an active healthy lifestyle. If I can have any impact in helping people live an active healthy lifestyle so they can enjoy their entire life, including retirement years, I have accomplished my goal.
My favorite day of the week is leg day! Training legs makes me genuinely happy. So bring on the Bulgarian split squats, leg press, and hip thrust. I love them all!
Outside of the gym you can find me spending time with my beautiful family. I find joy in the little things like going for walks/hikes with my family. It’s relaxing and clears the mind.

Camden Eilerman - Personal Trainer/Coach
My name is Cam and I have been a trainer for 4 years. I am a certified personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach. My journey started as an overweight kid and I was looking to make a change in my life. I was unhappy with my appearance and never felt comfortable in my own body. I had played sports my entire life but never liked working out. That was until I started taking the gym seriously and felt better everyday as I was watching myself grow and getting healthier. It takes a lot to get over that hump and I know exactly how it is and how hard it is to achieve your goals. I use my past experiences to help others go through their journeys and exceed past their goals.ion goes here

Chaise Archer - Personal Trainer/Coach
With over 12 years of experience in both group fitness and personal training, I have dedicated my career to understanding the intricacies of the human body, health, and longevity. My journey into personal training stemmed from a desire to find effective ways to prevent and heal injuries, particularly those I sustained during my military service. While traditional approaches often leaned towards medication and surgical options, I sought out methods that promote true recovery and resilience.
One of my favorite pieces of equipment is the sled, which I find invaluable for its capacity to provide a powerful metabolic push. Additionally, I have a strong affinity for Complexes, which allow for an efficient and effective workout that maximizes effort and results. Both these tools embody a philosophy of getting the most out of each training session.
In my personal life, I am passionate about outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, hunting, and shooting. However, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu holds a special place in my heart. Having practiced MMA for over 15 years, my love for Jiu Jitsu has grown immensely, emphasizing my appreciation for skill, strategy, and personal growth in combat sports.
